    Originally bought a mattress in August without my wife. Yes I know, mistake number one. The mattress I thought was perfect, was too firm for my wife.

    I called Helen to let her know and she couldn't have been nicer. She reminded me about the 120 day guarantee and to come to the store to get one my wife likes.

    We did that today (Oct 15). She gave us full credit for the original and my wife picked out the one that she liked. It was that easy. We ended up trading up to an adjustable, so I now can adjust my side of the bed and my wife can adjust hers. Perfect solution. Helen worked with us on the price and we are very satisfied with both the service and quality. Highly recommend this store.
