MinuteClinic at 1075 East Hudson Boulevard, Gastonia, North Carolina.

Took son to Minute Clinic in Gastonia on Wed. for very sore throat, & cold like symptoms, but no fever. NP cked but advised to return in am for strep test. son taken Thurs & strep test neg, so assumed bad cold. by Friday afternoon, son had 102 temp. tried calling number on paperwork but didn't get through. went back to Minute clinic by 430 pm only to not be allowed to register to be seen as clinic shutting soon. waited to see Pharmacist to ask if they would ask NP if they would just run a flu test, since they had not done that on previous visits. answer was no. I feel like they should have taken flu test since it is so widespread, and certainly accommodated giving him the test since they had just seen him.
