The staff is rude (when you can get someone on the phone, that is - good luck with that!) and they don't seem to have much concern for the animals. I was insulted and criticized for asking questions about the best way to maintain my Poodle's coat (this is the first Poodle I've owned so I'm still learning what's required to keep the coat in tip-top shape). If the staff was that rude to me, I cringe to imagine how rude they were to my sweet baby who can't "talk back." My dog was terrified at pick-up time, which is a good indication that the experience was an unpleasant one. Also, at drop-off I inquired about leaving the dog there for the day while I worked and was told that they were not a "walking service" (so, day care, yes, but will not allow a grooming client to go for walkies at all). If they'd told me that when I booked the appointment - that I would have to completely re-arrange my workday to get the dog groomed, I'd have scheduled for a day I didn't have to work or would have called another groomer. We will not be returning...ever. I'd recommend you call someone else if you care about the way your dog is treated at the groomer's.
